First Invisalign Tray Hello all, I've been scouring this forum for a bit and finally got my Invisalign yesterday. I know a lot of you said the first week is the worst but I'm literally dying. My teeth feel so painful to even take the trays out and I think i cut my gums haha The first 3-4 days of every new tray is the absolute worse. I read online that some people put the trays in the night before and take Tylenol before bed. I think the first tray is HORRIBLE, but the other ones do hurt more the first few days but, it is tolerable pain. So, I just put my new trays in that morning and I do ok I started invisalign 5 days ago to be exact. The first night was tough! I took an alieve and it really helped. The next morning when I took the trays out for the first time to brush, I thought my teeth were going to fall out into the sink lol (they didn't)
